“I visited Kokilaben Hospital, Palava City, to consult with Dr. Rashmi Agarwal, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for over 2 hours, yet no one bothered to communicate or provide any updates. The receptionist initially said, “You’re next,” but still, I wasn’t allowed to meet the doctor. When I asked about the delay, I was told one of the patients had met with an accident — but I saw that patient walking perfectly fine. Clearly, this was a misleading excuse. When I questioned further, the receptionist simply said, “Ask Dr. Rashmi Agarwal, she is one hour late — I can’t answer your questions.” This is unacceptable. As hospital staff, basic communication, time management, and patient handling are their responsibility, but it was completely lacking. Such mismanagement and lack of professionalism are not expected from a reputed hospital like Kokilaben. I will never visit this clinic again and strongly advise others to avoid wasting their time here until the hospital improves its communication, transparency, and patient care standards.”
